Once upon a time, one of our customers delivered us an USB disk with a slideshow file in it where the customer placed the texts and images for every web page in his planning, and that was one of smoothest process for web design project manager, compared to any other cases which applied different mechanism for our customers to upload their web design source material.  Therefore, unless our customers has their own preferred solution, we would like to recommend this method to our customers, here is an example for your reference.

We utilize Trello as our primary project management platform to update project status to our customers and communicate with our customers in the comments section within Trello project item, for the communication part in Trello, not only we can communicate with our customers with texts, we can communicate with our customers with screenshot, screenshot video…and so on, and everything is well organized and that is good for the project.

With Trello project management, we are able to let both our customers and project managers to track and communicate every items of the web design project, and Trello system will send email notification to all parties which join the Trello project(except the senders).  Check the Trello web design project example board that we built for your reference.

We also provide our support service for certain period of time after the end of web design project in Trello.

Generally, we are encouraging our customers to mainly utilize the project management system in Trello because everything are well organized in there and there are plenty of messages and data requires a more organized platform, however, there are times our customers would like to have quick information from us, therefore we will utilize instance messages apps such as Line(for Asia) or similar.

We will try our best to cooperate with our customers with their preferred apps for project management communication.
